1. Implementation Coordinator/Analyst (filled)

Career Summary
This position coordinates new project implementations and support for external customers, and acts as a liaison to internal resources. Additionally, this position will need to analyze functionality of and data produced by web-based campground technology systems including: reservation system, campground management system, and kiosk software and hardware.

Essential Career Functions:
- Perform systems analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation of software.
- Identify, analyze, and document system problems, recommend solution, initiate corrective action, follow up on problem resolution, and inform customer of status.
- Proficiency in database design concepts, artifact relationships, data pattern analysis and data manipulation language (DML).
- Project manager for customer on-boarding process.
- Responsible for configuration portion of the customer on-boarding process.
- Develop business rules for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with development teams to solve custom development requests submitted by customers.
- Technical support for existing customers.
- Develop, implement, and test documentation to assist users. Update documentation in coordination with procedural changes, new releases, and enhancements.
- Insures users are kept informed of all system updates; and updates are fully tested before moving to the Production environment.
- Monitor production programs for expected performance, and respond to errors and exception reports.
- Take independent action to correct problems encountered during systems operations within authority level granted by supervisor.
- Cooperate and work together with all co-workers to plan and complete career duties with minimal supervisory direction.
- Communicate customer feedback to senior team members for action.
- Answer all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Put customers first and be responsive to customer requests.
- Maintain a high degree of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below and utilize safe work practices.
- Assist supervisor with tasks to support company operations, and other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software applications such as Drools, MySQL, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in problem solving, oral and written communications in English, and learning-on-the-job.
- 3+ years experience in Applications or Database analysis role(s).
- Excellent technical, customer service, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in development and completion of work projects.
- Able to manage multiple tasks or projects, and to work with a diverse population.
- Ability to work well independently (with limited supervision) and in a team environment.
- Able to use tools and equipment required.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- General office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
- Substantial time spent working on a computer.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard or other office equipment.
- Visual acuity to read words and numbers.
- Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
