NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 29, 2009) – Campground Automation Systems (CAS) will be exhibiting at the 2009 InSites Convention & Outdoor Hospitality Expo November 9 – 12 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla. 

“We will be introducing Sunrise Reservations, a customer reservation website with real-time inventory, alongside our existing Sunrise components, including our reservation management, kiosk and amenities control systems. We think this is going to be a great trade show,” Campground Automation Systems President Tyler Duffy said. 

Campground Automation Systems will be exhibiting at booth 105 and will be holding drawings for give-aways, including a Garmin GPS unit. 

The InSites Convention is offered by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC). 

The Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites Division is hosting the conference at Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort in Stone Mountain Park.

“I am excited to demonstrate the advanced technologies that the Sunrise automation system has to offer to campgrounds and parks,” CAS President Tyler Duffy said.  “With a struggling economy, many state budgets have been cut and state park directors are looking for more efficient ways to operate.  CAS can provide the tools to help keep those parks open.”

The conference and trade show will take place Aug. 11-13 at the Deer Run RV Resort in Crossville, Tenn., with exhibit booths open on Aug. 12.

“We are thrilled to be able to present our Sunrise Automation System at a trade show so close to home,” CAS president Tyler Duffy said.  “Presenting at a campground location will also be a great opportunity to demonstrate our Sunrise Automation System in a real-world setting so attendees can visualize its full capabilities.”

The show will take place in the Nashville Convention Center. CAS will be exhibiting in booth 1004.

“We’re really pleased to have the ARVC convention in our own backyard this year,” CAS president Tyler Duffy said.  ”It provides us with a great opportunity to allow people to see our system in a functioning campground.”

Duffy will also be speaking for one of the convention break-away sessions on Nov. 13 from 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The presentation is titled, “Automated Check-in: Not Just for the Airlines Any More.”

“This year we have many new and exciting features to show attendees at the convention,” Duffy said.

The 2008 NASPD convention is hosted by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation.

Campground Automation Systems will be exhibiting at booths 1 and 2.

“We are looking forward to introducing some new features of the Sunrise system and meeting many of the directors for state parks in the Northwest,” Campground Automation Systems CEO Tyler Duffy said.
