Online Reporting

The Sunrise Portal is included as a part of the Sunrise automation system. The Portal is campground owner relaxingan online service that provides campground owners and managers with reporting information on campground utilization and operations.

System Monitoring and Support

CAS will actively monitor the status of your Sunrise hardware and notify you in the event of a problem. CAS will also provide maintenance and support options to meet your campground’s specific needs. We’ll work with you to ensure your customers are never left out in the cold.

Customer Assistance

If your campground is fully automated, your customers may want to contact a real human being for help with the check-in process. A 24-hour support center can be made available to campers. We can even integrate a “help” call button into the kiosk itself.

Flexible Financing

CAS provides a unique financing option for the Sunrise system. Our flex financing program allows you to customize payments to fit your seasonal schedule, with smaller payments scheduled for your slower months.

We know campground business can be seasonal, so we’ve partnered with national banks to provide this financing option to help make campground automation affordable.
