Reservations
Sunrise Reservations works with Panorama to provide your guests real-time access to your inventory in an easy-to-use website. Reservations features:
- Online reservations Guests are provided with a dynamic, live view of your campground inventory. Sites are so easy to locate using our interactive map, so the only reason to turn guests away is because you’re full.
- Real-time inventory Your inventory is made available in real-time. Your guests can have confidence in true reservations, not simply a request.
- Online payment Payment is collected online using industry standard SSL encryption.

Kiosk
The hardware of the Sunrise system consists of two main components, the unattended point-of-sale kiosk and the wireless campsite control unit. The kiosk is an outdoor-rated, rugged design, allowing for campground customers to quickly and easily select their campsite and make payment. Its familiar and friendly design will let customers know that checking in will be convenient and efficient.
- Touch Screen Monitor This large, bright, sunlight-readable touch screen monitor makes it easy for customers to select a campsite and pay for their stay. Its rugged design means continued reliability for you and your customers.
- Credit Card Reader This outdoor, weather-safe card reader allows customers to provide payment via credit card. The card reader can also be used for customer loyalty cards.
- Receipt Printer While keeping the printer safe from the elements, the enclosure also keeps uncollected receipts from blowing off and creating litter. Automated low-paper notifications for managers will ensure customers always get a receipt. Quick access via the printer door makes the task of replacing printer paper a breeze.
Additional Kiosk Options
Campground Automation Systems now offers several kiosk options to suit the specific needs of your campground. In addition to our rugged free-standing outdoor kiosk unit, we now offer an in-wall kiosk as well as an indoor option — great for “express” check-ins during busy times.
Control
The campsite control unit is the device that controls the utilities at each site. This unit is activated by the customer’s selections at the kiosk. The system’s standard set-up includes the utilities listed below and is also customizable for your specific needs. New wireless technology allows for inexpensive units that provide utilities control and monitoring without digging up your campground. The control units communicate with each other in a secure, fault-resistant wireless network.
- Electrical Control With this option, the customer selects the desired electrical output, which is then activated at the campsite upon payment. All electrical power can be turned on at once, or you can choose to provide a choice of 50 amp, 30 amp, or other electrical options.
- Water Valve This device controls the output of water at the campsite. The valve is easy to install at the campsite due to the wireless control unit. Your current landscaping will remain unchanged and no ditches or trenches will be dug across your campground.
- NEW! - Wireless utility metering The Sunrise system now provides wireless utility metering for certain electric and water flow meters.
A Flexible System
